Applied Economist & Governance Specialist
Applied economist and governance specialist with project experience towards strengthening public finance and investment systems, improving sector efficiency, and supporting institutional reforms across Sub-Saharan Africa and fragile contexts. Skilled in translating analytics into actionable reforms, supporting government decision-making, and improving the functioning of core systems for budgeting, service delivery, and accountability.
She is the Founder of Oryjong Consulting, an independent platform for applied economic research.
Her research examines how institutional design, incentives, and innovation systems shape sector competitiveness, service delivery performance, and the evolution of incumbent actors in emerging green and knowledge-based economies. She has worked across health, education, agriculture, and core infrastructure sectors, providing analytical and operational support to governments and development partners.
